"Our host was very accommodating and helpful in communication. The house was great for the 6 of us and a perfect location to many venues on Allen street and some VERY good restaurants so close by. We hope to make a return when it is not -5 F (!!!). and explore more of the neighborhood and city. Thank you for the stay!"
"We enjoyed the charm of the high ceilings with great plaster work, wooden floors, woodwork. There was a lot of space. We had plenty of seating to hang out in the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. It is well located to walk to places like Allentown and downtown Buffalo and a short easy drive elsewhere. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. We needed a 5 bedroom rental. This property was a great value and worked perfectly for us.
The 5th bedroom is accessed through the 4th bedroom. The second bathroom on the second floor is also accessed through the 4th bedroom. This was not clear from the description. It worked for us as we had siblings staying in those 2 bedrooms, but this may matter to others."

The location is in the heart of downtown Buffalo with easy parking and access to everything of interest. We had room to spare, comfortable beds and the laundry was an extra nice touch after a rainy Bills game."
